Glenmore 24 Trail Race

The Glenmore 24 is Scotland’s 24 Hour Trail Race. It takes place at the start of September in Glenmore Forest, just outside Aviemore. Runners have to see how far they can go in the 24 hours, around a 4 mile loop on forest trails.

As well as the 24 hour event, there’s a 12 hour race too which is ideal for those new to ultra running as you can just set your own target and go for it in a very safe and predictable environment.
